The Grand Fleet of Stjernekatt (GFSK), sometimes referred to by its shortened name Stjernekatt, is a Stratocracy in the Void of Space, Steam Islands Galactic Cluster. It is comprised of four-thousand (4,000) warships, nine-hundred (900) civilian vessels, one-hundred (100) fast fleet auxiliaries, one-hundred (100) slow fleet auxiliaries), thirty-eight (38) scientific research vessels, and four (4) shipyards, encompassing a grand total of five-thousand-one-hundred-forty-two (5,142) ships.

Due to the nature of the fleet there are no official borders besides the outskirts of the naval screen. 

The Grand Fleet of Stjernekatt is a highly developed nation in the Faster Than Light Tech-Level category. Stjernekatt's economy is considered industrial, this is due to the large amount of resources needed to keep a fleet of this size functioning. Things are constantly being built and shipped between vessels to ensure that they keep running.
